At Convention Barbara Welch, Linda Rodenberg and I were asked to create a card using the stamp set Under The Stars. We had to use the supplies available and we had a limited time…we even had to put the stamp set together in that amount of time… This is what I made. It is a little pocket card. For the record, I would have colored in the Bear, but there were no Aqua Painters or Blender Pens out there, only Markers, and not the right colors. LOL. I would have made it a little different at home. But, I did get to keep the stamp set!
Recipe: STAMPS: Under the Stars, Family Phrases
PAPER: Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Taken With Teal, Creamy Caramel, Storybook Specialty DSP
INK: Soft Suede, Basic Black
Embellishments: Kraft Taffeta Ribbon, Silver Brads, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Enjoy!

Sorry that the color is a little dark on this one. I am no photo pro. This card is another Mojo sketch. It is number 73. I made this card for a Mother’s Day card for my stamp club. I love that it was simple but pretty. I layered Pacific Point Blue and Basic Black. I stamped the Upsy Daisy stamp in Basic Black craft ink onto whisper White CS. I used Heat and Stick Powder and Dazzling Diamonds to make the flowers extra blingy. Then I punched a slit in the white and black layers with the slit punch, and used some pretty silver ribbon and a black button with a rhinestone glued to it to make it pretty. The inside is stamped with a Happy Mother’s Day stamp.
For this card I used MojoMonday sketch #81. The card base is Regal Rose, I used Sweet Always DSP for the two layers. I used the cupcake from Wagon Full of Fun stamped in Jet Black Stazon colored in with a blender pen and Pink Pirouette, Pumpkin Pie, and Yoyo Yellow inks, the flower is from Always stamped in Regal Rose with a rhinestone in the middle, and the happy birthday is from the set Pretty Princess stamped in Jet Black Stazon with the flower colored Regal Rose with a blender pen, those layers are backed in Pink Pirouette, Pumpkin Pie, and Chocolate Chip CS. I used Pumpkin Pie grosgrain ribbon for the bow, then last of all I added the three little circles at the bottom that are just paper punched out with a hole punch.
Enjoy!

This first card is a simple birthday card that I made for my nephew. I never know what to make for a boy…Anyways.
